Jason Duggar, the 12th of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar‘s 19 children, is all grown up. Now 20, he’s already the owner of a contracting business, which recently built a house in Bella Vista, AR.
And it’s safe to call this build a big success. After going on the market in mid-May for $233,950, the home was sold last week for full price.
It isn’t the young Duggar’s first foray into Arkansas real estate.
In 2017, Jim Bob co-signed on a local property, which Jason then fixed up and flipped. At the time, in an attempt to clear up any rumors about the purchase, the family said the $33,000 home was bought as a fixer-upper.
“Jim Bob Duggar and Jason Duggar recently co-signed the deed to a fixer-upper house located 30 minutes from the Duggar family home,” said the family statement. “It is a single-family dwelling built in 1958 and has three bedrooms, two baths, and a total living area of approximately 2,000 square feet.”
Jason gutted and transformed the home. In 2018, he reportedly sold it for $167,000.

And here’s Jason and his folks celebrating his 20th birthday. The family’s Instagram account also mentions Jason running his own business and possessing a “knack for all things related to construction.”

A knack might be an understatement. Jason has now sold something he built himself: a charming farmhouse with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,700 square feet of living space. The listing describes an open floor plan with wood floors, stainless-steel appliances, and a great location.

The cozy home sits on a third of an acre on a quiet street.
The Duggar family has a long history in Arkansas real estate. Jim Bob and Michelle recently flipped an Arkansas mansion for $1.53 million.
According to the family blog, Jim Bob and Michelle “have used real estate as a means to provide for their large family since early on in their marriage.” Now, they’ve passed the tradition on to the next generation. Could a spinoff show featuring the emerging multigenerational empire be far behind?
