The country music stars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have finally recorded a sale of their Franklin, TN, farm.
The 620-acre spread had spent years on and off the market, before finally selling to a group of investors for $15 million, the Nashville Business Journal reported.
The farm had been on the market for years, at prices as high as $20 million in 2013, dropping to $18.5 million three years later.
Plans for the property haven’t been announced, but there are many options for the new owners.
The acreage includes a 12-stall barn, two buildings to hold farm equipment, and acres of paddocks and meadows. The property also features a log cabin and a historic mansion that’s one of the oldest in the area.
The well-pedigreed property also attracted attention thanks to the talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel, who filmed a segment there in 2014 for “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”

Previously, the couple had sold off about 123 acres of their sprawling property in 2015 for $2.8 million, as we reported in 2016.
“It’s a very unique part of middle Tennessee; it would be hard to put that much land together again if somebody wanted to,” the listing agent, Steve Fridrich, owner of Fridrich & Clark Realty, told us at the time.
But the award-winning musicians resisted slicing up the landholding too much, and settled in to await a buyer who wanted the whole tract.
While they were finally unloading this large property, the stars moved on. They reportedly live in a custom-built abode in the Nashville area.
The couple have owned a private island in the Bahamas since 2003. That land grab necessitated a major construction project, and the family didn’t move into their vacation paradise until 2012. They recently placed the island, known as L’île d’Anges (Island of Angels) on the market for a whopping $35 million.
McGraw has released 16 albums, 10 of which have hit No. 1 on the Top Country Albums Chart. He has sold more than 80 million albums worldwide. Hill has sold more than 40 million records worldwide. The two have been married since 1996.
