Melissa McCarthy has purchased a seriously sweet pad in Valley Village, CA, according to Variety. She and husband Ben Falcone added the luxury retreat to their SoCal property portfolio, spending $2.4 million on Valentine’s Day.
The brand-new build sent buyers on a bidding frenzy when it was listed in January for $2,189,000.
So in addition to her on-screen talents, McCarthy also has killer instincts when it comes to real estate.
The one-story, 2,800-square-foot home has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It features an open floor plan, including a chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry, high-end fixtures, and a large island with seating. Opposite the kitchen is a dining area with skylights.
