PGA star Jeff Sluman has swung a sale of his Delray Beach, FL, townhouse. The contemporary beauty closed for $3.65 million at the end of March.
Sluman purchased the South Florida residence in 2017 for exactly the same price. Two years later, he placed the property on the market for $4 million. It sat on the market for a year with no movement, until the golfer decided to forgo a profit and accept an offer at the price he paid.
According to the listing details, the stylish space, built in 2016, is in “immaculate condition” and offers lovely water views, while providing plenty of privacy.
Set on the Intracoastal Waterway, the development, which is known as Seagate Yacht Club, features only 10 units in an exclusive enclave located just three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean.
