Tom Segura and Christina Pazsitzky are selling their two-story traditional home in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley. The husband and wife comedy team have moved on to a far swankier home in Pacific Palisades, which they purchased earlier this year.

The couple, host of the popular “Your Mom’s House” podcast, bought the 4,619-square-foot Woodland Hills home in 2016 for $1,612,500. It’s now listed for $1,999,998.

The five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home, which was built in 1956, has had substantial renovations over the decades. It sits on a large, flat lot that measures just over a third of an acre. Out back, there’s a grassy lawn, rock-rimmed pool and spa, multiple conversation areas, and a cozy fire pit with built-in seating around it. The property is surrounded by tall hedges, walls, and gates for privacy.

Inside, architectural features like skylights, bay windows, a striking leaded-glass window, stone fireplaces, and built-in bookcases punctuate the custom styling of the home.

Other unique features include an office or fifth bedroom with built-in bookshelves and French doors, and a family room with a built-in workstation.

The home also boasts a soundproofed home theater, which the couple used as a recording studio for podcasts.

And while this place is stylish and comfortable, the family’s new $6.65 million home in Pacific Palisades is even more so. Featuring an open floor plan, the modern farmhouse has seven bedrooms and seven baths. Built in 2015, the modern farmhouse features built-in bookcases, wide-plank oak flooring, and a rooftop deck.

Segura, 41, and Pazsitzky, 43, were married in 2008 and have two children. Segura has starred in four Netflix stand-up comedy specials, the most recent of which was “Ball Hog,” released in March. The couple have done stand-up and participated in comedy festivals around the world, and are frequent guests on other podcasts.
