Located in the Antelope Valley town of Lancaster, CA, the two-story stucco home was built in 1997. The home offers a big backyard with a swimming pool—a necessity given the Mojave Desert locale.
Carter purchased the home in October 2018 for $430,000. It sits well north of Los Angeles and is over an hour away from Hollywood—with no traffic.
It’s blessed with an open floor plan featuring high ceilings in the formal living area and formal dining area. The family room is highlighted by a fireplace and custom built-in entertainment area. Wood laminate floors run throughout most of the home and offer a warm feel.
