Candy Spelling is shedding another sweet home. The widow of famed TV producer Aaron Spelling is selling her beach house in Malibu, CA, for $23 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The listing comes after Spelling’s former megamansion, now known as The Manor, a 56,500-square-foot behemoth, sold for $119.75 million in July. Built by the Spellings, and dubbed Candyland, the extravagant residence included custom rooms, including a humidity-controlled silver storage room, a flower-cutting room, gift-wrapping rooms, and a barbershop.

After her husband died in 2006, Spelling placed The Manor on the market in 2009 for $150 million. Petra Ecclestone, daughter of Formula 1 mogul Bernie Ecclestone, purchased it for $85 million in 2011. Petra sold it for the sky-high price this summer.

Now Spelling’s making a splash with an oceanfront home she also shared with her husband.

Billed as an “elegant celebrity home on the beach,” the brick-clad, 8,195-square-foot abode offers 81 feet of ocean frontage.

The two-story entry offers glorious ocean views. The living and dining room feature windows and doors that open to a full-length, ocean-view deck. Stairs from the deck lead to the beach below.

A chef’s kitchen is outfitted with a huge island, breakfast bar, and granite counters. The cozy family room converts to a screening room with a projection screen and blackout curtains. The space also includes a wet bar and deck access.

Upstairs, the layout includes six en suite bedrooms, including two master bedrooms, as well as a bonus room. One of the master suites comes with a fireplace, sitting area, kitchenette, and bath. The second master suite has doors to a private deck with ocean views. In addition, the home includes two offices, a side patio, and two garages.

The home also comes with a basement, generator, plenty of storage, outdoor shower, and outdoor space for dining and entertaining.

Spelling has capitalized on the fascination with her real estate dealings in the past. In fact, she produced and starred in “Selling Spelling Manor,” a two-part HGTV special about the sale and her move from her enormous home.

After Spelling sold The Manor in 2011, she downsized to an 18,000-square-foot, $35 million penthouse in Century City (also documented on an HGTV series). She recently made headlines with her lawsuit against the building’s property owners association, alleging “woeful mismanagement,” according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The socialite and entrepreneur has also had success as an author. Her book “Stories from Candyland” made the New York Times best-seller list.
